Cancellation Policy.
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.
Any cancellations that occur within the 24 hour period will be referred to the Manager and may result in a cancelled booking fee being applied (which will be equal to half the value of the lesson fee for that booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled).
1st Time Pass Guarantee.
If you do not pass your driving test on the 1st attempt, your instructor will attend the second driving test free of charge. This does not include the driving lesson prior to testing. Standard lesson pricing will apply.
Conditions:
You have completed a minimum of five lessons with Insight Driving School.
You have received approval from your driving instructor stating that you have reach a standard of driving that is sufficient to pass a driving test in any weather, road or light conditions.
Your instructor has either booked your driving test, or has given you approval to book your driving test.
There are no outstanding payments for lesson “no-shows” or late cancellations.
Retests must be taken within 10 weeks from first license test attempt.
You must discuss with your instructor to confirm their availability for a retesting date prior to making a test booking.
An immediate fail during the drive test due to speeding, failure to give way, or some other situation that is considered dangerous will void the 1st Time Pass Guarantee.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia
